TERM 4
Describe how your images are connected. My images are all taken place at my Granda's house, Sawdy Pond in Fall River/Tiverton. This is a special place to me because it's where I basically spent all my summers as a kid (now I work so I don't get to go there as often). This is my happy place because it's the water is always calm, pretty, and relaxing. When I was a kid I used to climb the tree that's pictured in the first photo, me and my cousins have our names all carved into that tree. I have a lot of great memories here as a child with my family. We used to kayak, swim, water ski, and go tubbing all summer long. Sawdy Pond holds a special place in my heart.
Why did you sequence them the way you did? I sequenced the photos in the order you would see everything as if you walked into my grandma's back yard. First you would see the tree we used to climd, and end it with the ladder on the deck.
What technical / compositional considerations did you make? I tried using the law of thirds, but for most of my photos you can't tell because I had to crop my photos into a square.Because of the cropping my photos might look less clear, but they were very clear before I cropped them. I also, my photos are all in different angles. Sometimes I pointed my phone towards the sky or to the ground to get the perfect picture.
